From humble times back in 2015 where every worktop was cut, shaped and polished using hand tools TS Granite have invested hundreds of thousands of pounds in the following years on the latest CNC stone machinery. This investment along with the old hands on skills ensures every Quartz and Granite worktop we produce is of the highest standards.

Based in the heart of Cannock chase and supplying to the whole of the UK, TS Granite Ltd manufacture every worktop in house, with a manufacturing facility and showroom on site so you can discuss your requirements with the team, take samples and agree timescales. At TS Granite we offer an ever expanding range of colours and materials from some of the leading Granite, ceramic and Quartz suppliers such as Silestone, Caesarstone, CRL Quartz, Beltrami, Fugen, Worldwide and Cambria to name a few.

Creating your templates

Our trained team will visit your property to template your Granite or Quartz worktops and discuss your requirements to ensure that your specifications are incorporated every step of the way, we take accurate measurements of the base units and take any additional measurements for any items required. We also take details for any new sinks, taps and hobs so we can get accurate cut-outs sizes and locations.

Production

Once the template has been done, our production team begin to manufacture your bespoke Quartz worktops to the dimentions obtained on template.  This process starts by cutting up a large slab of quartz or Granite to the templates supplied.  Next, working with the latest CNC machinery we make any cut-outs or polished profiles in your worktops to your design. Each piece is then polished by our edge polishing machine giving the highest possible crisp polish. We then skilfully finish with hand polishers within our production facility to complete all the specific requirements.

This allows us to accurately and efficiently cut and polish the Granite, Marble and Quartz worktop surfaces we develop to exceptional standards. Our usual turnaround time is 7 days from template to install.

 Our install teams have years of experience installing and handling Granite and Quartz worktops and ensure a perfect installation every time.

We aim to produce and fit all worktops 7 days after the template was completed.
